Generalized Priority-Aware Shapley Value

This work generalizes priority-aware Shapley valuation beyond binary acyclic priority structures. It introduces a random order value on arbitrary directed weighted priority graphs, with applications to settings such as LLM ensemble valuation under cyclic preference graphs.
